New Developments


Redevelopments, new builds and unique one off houses are our speciality. Having completed literally 100’s of applications for new dwellings, we have vast experience in what is required by the local authorities. We also have an extremely good understanding of what the planning authorities will approve and what they will refuse.
The projects below are a few examples of our most recent developments. We have many more examples in the office and in our portfolio, which we will be happy to show you should you need any inspiration.

Project: Stanley Villa, Ashford Hill.

Building work has now started!! The planning of the project started over a year ago, with many obstacles along the way. Although the project is small, it was one of the most challenging that we have undertaken. Issues regarding on-site flooding, lack of parking areas and over development of the site had to be addressed. The house is flying up and should be completed by the end of june.





Project: Kings Rd, Crowthorne.

A long term client purchased this Royal mail site with the view to erecting a block of apartments.
We were instructed to carry out all of the planning work, which will be submitted in the next couple of weeks.



Project: Fourways, Andover.

Planning permission has just been granted after many months of discussions with Test Valley Planning Department. The approved house is actually out of the "structure plan" and was only granted due to the huge development which is about to take part near the site. Construction should start by the end of June 2010.




Project: Parkstone road, Ropley.

A family came to us looking to build there dream home. The house was granted planning permission and should be completed by the end of August.




Project: 19 Mulfords Hill, Tadley.

We are close to be granted approval for planning permission on this site.
The propsed house is a 3 bedroom detached property with associated parking and cycle store. Pictures of the property will follow shortly, once the building work starts.




Project: 14 Tadley Hill, Hants.

Building has started!
The project for a new family home is underway. The builders have got the foundations in and the beam and block floor down. Next stage is to lay the inner and outer leaf, with the necessary insulation.
We will be following this project closely, and updating the website at each stage of the building process.


  




Project: 8 Clappsgate Rd, Pamber Heath.

Client: N J Doyne construction came to us looking to replace the existing bungalow with a modern 5 bedroom style dwelling with attached garage.

Internally the property features vast, open plan, stressless living accommodation.





Project: Cherry Trees, Hartley Wintney.

Client: A private client, whom we have worked for before, came to us looking to replace the existing dwelling with a modern, 4 bedroom family home.

The proposed properties main feature is the large glazed area to the front which enables the occupants to enjoy the spectacular views across the open fields.

The project is currently going through the planning stage and should be written up for approval shortly.





Project: Pine lodge, Ropley.

Client: After being instructed by our client, we set about designing a grand, traditional family home. The property is of a traditional design and build with large windows helping to make the best us of the natural light.

The property is situated in a fantastic location on a quiet private road with spectacular views to the front and rear. The project is close to being completed and should enable our clients to move in at the beginning of next year which I know they are looking forward to!!




 
 

Project: Kentrem, Welshmans Rd, Padworth Common.

Client: 2 brothers came to us looking to enter into the world of property development. They set us some specific goals for replacing the existing bungalow and gave us some exact requirements. We set about designing an attractive large family home which would be easy and quick to build.

The property features clean living accommodation with large family kitchen/breakfast area. Our clients have since sold the project and are looking to move onto bigger better things!







Project: 36 Park lane, Old Basing

RJS Builders Ltd came to us looking to build a contemporary style family dwelling. The design evolved from one of our smaller dwellings in our portfolio, with the main feature of the dwelling being the large glazed porch/landing.
The property was finished in December 2009 and was sold 2 weeks prior to its completion, testament regarding the quality of our design and the builder’s workmanship.
